Thank you for shopping at MCVISION. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping terms, delivery timeframes, tracking information and shipping coverage for orders placed on https://mcvision.tech.
Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed and shipped out within 48 business hours after payment confirmation. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Once your parcel is dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking number immediately. You can track your shipment status via the carrier’s official website with the tracking ID provided.
Delivery Timeframe (4PX Standard Shipping)
We use 4PX standard direct shipping service for Australia deliveries.
- Major cities in Australia: Estimated delivery within 3–10 business days after dispatch.
- Remote regions in Australia: Longer transit time may apply due to local postal service restrictions. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs inspection, local courier issues or unexpected logistics events. MCVISION is not liable for any delays caused by third-party carriers.
Shipping Cost
Shipping fees are calculated based on item weight, package dimension and delivery zone (major city / remote area). The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete payment.
Shipping Restrictions
We only ship to valid Australian addresses at this stage. PO boxes may have delivery limitations. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If an item is returned to us due to incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
Lost or Damaged Parcel
If your package is lost or severely damaged during transit, please contact our support team within 7 days after the estimated delivery date. We will request photos and related evidence to assist you to file a claim with the logistics provider.
