This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made at MCVISION website https://mcvision.tech. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
30-Day Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unused items purchased from MCVISION within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in original condition, with original packaging, accessories, manuals and all included parts intact.
- Items cannot be damaged, scratched, stained, modified or show signs of heavy use.
- Customized products are not eligible for return unless the product arrives defective.
Return Process
- Please contact our customer support to apply for a return authorization (RA number). Do not send back items without RA number.
- Our team will send you return instructions once approved.
- You are responsible for return shipping cost unless the return is caused by our error (wrong item shipped, manufacturing defect).
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will notify you of the refund approval. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The bank processing time may vary. Shipping charges at checkout are non-refundable unless we shipped wrong or defective goods.
Warranty Policy
We provide limited manufacturer warranty for our products:
- Main unit / Host: 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
- Accessories: 3-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does NOT cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accident, water damage, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear. During valid warranty period, we will repair or replace defective products at our discretion. Customer may need to bear shipping cost for warranty service.
Non-refundable Cases
- Items returned after 30-day return window.
- Items damaged by customer misuse.
- Lost packages confirmed delivered to your shipping address.
